Ingredients

4 cl Appenzeller Alpenbitter
1 cl lemon juice
1 cl elderflower syrup
20 cl ginger beer lemonad

Decoration

Slice of lemon

Glass

Large tumbler

Preparation

Pour 4 cl of Appenzeller Alpenbitter, 1 cl of lemon juice and 1 cl of elderflower syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add some ice cubes. Place the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour the drink into a glass tumbler without any ice. Fill the glass with ginger beer lemonade and fresh ice. Place a straw in the glass. Garnish the drink with a slice of lemon.
