Appenzeller Mule

Ingredients

6 cl Appenzeller Alpenbitter
Juice from half a lime
1 ginger beer lemonade
Ice

Decoration

2 lime slices

Glass

Mule mug or large tumbler

Preparation

Pour 6 cl of Appenzeller Alpenbitter into the mug. Squeeze half a lime into the mug. Add 20 cl of ginger beer lemonade. Fill the glass with ice. Cut two slices from the remaining half of the lime and place these on the Appenzeller Mule. Place a straw in the glass and serve.
